The Seven Noses of Soho

Rick Buckley cast plaster of Paris reproductions of his nose and placed them on buildings round Soho. The artist was provoked by the controversial introduction of CCTV cameras throughout London. The artistic installation was not publicised and so urban myths grew to explain the random appearance of the noses, one being the Seven Noses of Soho, which would give great fortune to those who found them all. I wanted to explore the noses coming alive after dark.
